Nikhil told me a funny thing that happened  in the morning. He was brushing his teeth, when Advik rushed into the bathroom pretending to be firetruck "nee no nee no emergency emergency". He positioned himself in front of the toilet, pulled down his trousers and started peeing, all the while saying " nee no nee no.. House is on fire. Shwsh swoosh.. ". He then flushed and rushed back out of the bathroom saying  "Fire is all gone.. nee no nee no".. It was quite funny 😁

Dhruv loves his bigger brother so much so that,  when he came back today after his trip to Landstuhl ( for his pre-surgery check up ) with his father, he went around the apartment looking for his brother. Seeing his brother taking a nap in bed after school, he goes on to yell 'gekka gekka' ( or is it gaakku? I never get it. It is whatever he calls his brother) standing leaning on the bed.. We try to stop him and bring him to the sitting room. A few moments later, Dhruv is again not in sitting room and no sound to be heard.. I go looking for him. He is sitting quietly next to his sleeping brother,  by the headside and looking dreamly somewhere.. it was so sweet that he wasn't trying to wake Advik but at the same time wanted to be near him..  Advik woke up a few minutes later and Dhruv was so happy. When I went and sat by them, Dhruv was quick to show me the dried up blood near Advik's nostrils ( he had a bleeding from nose most probably due to dehydration and dry air...

Prologue

I forget, the small but funny, happy, sweet moments my children give me. I savour the moment thoroughly and might even cherish it for a month or two, but I forget later.. So many other memories,  reminders, to-dos pile up on these little sweet ones and some day they are lost under. So I decided that I should keep a compilation of these memories so that I can always come back here and remind myself of these.. 😊
